The Restorative Sound Session | Nervous System Support

Affiliated Program

Sound therapy to quiet the mind, ease physical tension and support deep relaxation

Program Overview

A structured sound therapy experience designed to support physical relaxation, mental clarity and a greater sense of ease.

Using the resonant tones of Himalayan singing bowls, tuned pipes and tuning forks, the session pairs live sound with a brief invitation to set an intention before we begin. From there, you simply lie back and let the sound do the work, allowing the body to soften and settle at its own pace.

The session is facilitated by Anna Bakulina, a master level Kyela Sound Therapy Practitioner trained through the Australian College of Sound Therapy. Her approach draws on principles of psychoacoustics and intentional sound work, offering a more structured and considered experience than a traditional sound bath.

A supportive practice for anyone experiencing everyday stress, mental overload or difficulty switching off  or simply looking for dedicated time to pause, rest and reconnect with the body.

Sound Therapy is not recommended for anyone with a cardiac implant or a history of epilepsy or sound-induced seizures. If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy or have any other health considerations, please reach out to Anna beforehand to discuss.

Meet the Facilitators

Our programs are facilitated by a carefully selected team of psychologists and allied health professionals who bring both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every session. Each facilitator has been chosen for their specialist experience in the areas they teach whether that's perinatal mental health, relationship dynamics, anxiety, or nervous system regulation and shares our belief that effective therapy should feel safe, human, and grounded in real life. You won't find a one-size-fits-all approach here. What you will find is a room full of people who truly get it.
